Not able to verify but was informed this belonged to Colin Montgomerie, it has the TC (tour only) serial code which confirms it was for a tour player but not who. Cool story and only a hair more than what a standard non tour issue head would cost!
Also, tour issue heads are always the hottest faces and most accurate lofts (hence why they’re given to the players).
